What happens if my WIBU-key is lost or broken?

If your WIBU-key is lost or broken, you can contact our support department for a temporary site key. We'll need the site code from your version of FloorRight to generate this key.

  1. Start up FloorRight. If you're running Vista, right click on the FloorRight icon and choose "Run as Administrator."
  2. When you see the Configure button, click it and then click Trial.
  3. Copy the site code and use our contact form to email that code to our support department. We'll generate a new site key that you can paste into this screen, and we'll start the process of replacing your WIBU-key.
